"Pretty standard laundry facilities on the main drag in Bantam, right next to Jackie's Restaurant. They have a change machine there if needed on the wall by the door. Washing machines are either $4 or $5 a load, depending on the size, and neither size is huge."

"Dirty, nasty, disgusting!! The machines are gross, saw MULTIPLE BUGS on machines and floor. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Maybe the “washerwoman” knows how to wash clothes (but thats questionable) she certainly doesn’t know how to wash anything else."

"I liked this place. I came here a few times to wash and dry my heavy winter bedspread. DO NOT COME HERE TO GET A RUG WITH A STENCH CLEANED! I had a rug that my aging dog had peed on. When you pay over $100 to get an area rug cleaned, you expect it to come back to you smelling fresh. It didn't. They send their rugs out and don't have control over the service. All the owner said to me was "we've had good luck with the company we send rugs to". I said "that's nice for your other customers". Honestly, is that what you say to a customer with a complaint? Instead of just buying the same rug again for $80 at OSJL, I tried to save the environment by not throwing away the old rug and supporting a local business. He should've offered to buy me a new rug. He offered to clean it again...and charge me again. Sad."

"Washer Woman Laundry has been The Place for all my laundry needs for several years. It is clean, welcoming and perfectly situated in Bantam as I do all my errands in Litchfield each week Attendant Holly and Owner Bob and Family are absolutely !!!!! lovely, warm and accommodating in every respect"
