"We used PRS after our basement flooded. Curtis was here the same day it happened to pump out the water. Two days later his crew arrived as scheduled. They removed and disposed all of the damaged items, furniture, boxes, etc. They washed and disinfected the basement. They were totally professional, courteous and caring. "I have 4 large area rugs that needed to be taken out of my home and deep cleaned. The price difference for drop off at their shop vs pick up at your home is significant but worth it when it involves furniture and very large area rugs…. At least I thought so initially. Pros: rugs cleaned thoroughly and wrapped nicely when they arrived. Easy and prompt communication with their team. Cons: crew was very opinionated on where my rugs should go within my home. They placed them how they thought they should go, I requested a different configuration. Crew agreed to change it again but not as I asked. They refused when I asked them to please put the rugs as they were originally in my home, prior to service. After they left and I fixed the rugs myself, it was obvious why they were resistant. Concerning the wall behind the headboard, crew scuffed the paint with my furniture and shoved the headboard screw into the drywall and torn it all up. The room was freshly and professionally painted, pristine walls now gouged. I know accidents happen, but to conceal as well as lie by omission is shady and poor business practice. So yes, they did a good job cleaning but the exorbitant amount they charged me to ruin my wall and leave my rugs not how I wanted, unacceptable."

"What a great team! I live in SC and called to have my parents rugs cleaned back home in CT (they are elderly). PCS was out there as quick as a wink, cleaned an upstairs wall to wall, took a 10x12 Persian rug and two 3x8 hall rugs away to be cleaned. They delivered them back in record time and they look fabulous. Amy stayed in touch with me to let me know what was going on and let me know when they were reinstalled. The price was more that reasonable, my folks were extremely pleased with how everything looks and we will definitely use PCS again! Highly recommended. Great value. Awesome customer service."

Both times the calls were answered quickly and a crew was at my house in a very reasonable time the same day. Everyone I've spoken with or that was at the house was very professional, courteous and did an excellent job explaining each step of the process as well as the time frame. Each incident was completed start to finish in 1 week and each time looked as if nothing happened. I would not hesitate to call this company again if needed."
