"My wife and I hired Lynn Pinder to handle a real estate transaction upon a referral from our Real Estate Agent. We were left underwhelmed and disappointed. Admittedly, we had a tricky and complicated transaction including a leaseback, but feel our representation should have been better. We don't feel our concerns were addressed to our satisfaction, felt there was absence of an attention to detail and little interest in standing up for her client to address a specific issue that arose. Particularly troubling was failure to provide us with key documentation the sellers provided her at the close of the transaction (this information came to our attention unexpectedly after the transaction was closed, but could have been helpful at the time, as it had broader implications for us down the road).
