John was very knowledgeable and used the method that is recommended by carpet manufacturers which includes a detergent pre-spray that a lot of other cleaners skip. We have used him a couple times and he is professional, efficient and thorough. He got out all the stains. Carpets look and smell great. And they dried in a few hours as they should.
