"The DRS office staff was extremely responsive and courteous to our needs. We needed to have a hefty freeze chest containing spoiled food and water removed from the basement up through a hatch way. The crew that was sent to do the job was excellent. The assignment required four guys to haul the freezer away and although labor intensive and time-consuming they were able to accomplish the task without any problems. We were very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to use this service again or strongly recommend to others."

"DRS was a lifesaver! Never had an issue with water in our basement but a recent storm changed that for us. We were hard pressed to get it dried out as quickly as possible, and every company we reached out to couldn’t get to us until at least the next day and that was just to assess. A friend recommended DRS, and within 2-hours of contacting them, they were at our house setting up air movers and dehumidifiers. We were assigned Trevor Reid as our Project Manager and he was amazing - friendly, professional, upfront, great communication.
