"After years of unsatisfactory steam cleaning on our wall-to-wall carpet by a well-known company with a catchy name, I finally looked for an alternative - and found WATERTOWN CLEANING! Super helpful, professional, thorough, and pleasant from my first phone call to the finished cleaning! Instead of two techs from the other steemer, one EXCELLENT tech came to our house. They use their own water (other companies hook up to my well), and took the time to clean spots, corners, and completely remove all water to leave no wet areas. CARPET WAS CLEAN AND DRY IN 3-4 HOURS! (The other company was in a hurry every time, and left so much water in the carpet that it created mold in the padding and took up to 12 hours to dry!) I've already recommended Watertown Cleaning to friends who are equally impressed and happy with the job."
