"When I set up a trust through them and worked directly with Paul Czpeiga which was costly but efficient everything went smoothly when my father passed. This year (5 years later)my mother passed away and worked with Jeff Rivard and paid him over 3 thousand dollars and it should have been easy no assets involved. However it took much longer than I anticipated when I asked his assistant what was taking so long her response was I wish I had a"crystal ball" (and I wish I had one also after paying them )I called probate court directly only to find out it was ready for almost 3 weeks!
