"Marc was incredibly helpful when he represented me in a zoning matter with a developer & good sized town. If you feel like a small fish in a big pond, Marc will help you win! He's incredibly gracious, a good listener, a great communicator, & a fast worker. I had less than 2 weeks to act during the holidays, yet Marc (and Scott) knocked down doors that I couldn't have, & they got me the result I needed. Marc also keeps costs down by having you run small erands (photocopies at kinkos for example), instead of them charging you for the time to do it. I will absolutely hire Marc again. He's a good man. Thankyou again Marc & Scott!"
"Mark Needleman is a really good attorney a few months ago he help me out with my case and did a really good job highly recommend. Thank you so much."
"Marc is a stand up guy and a good lawyer, He won't be pushed around or let you be pushed around by big corporations with fancy lawyers. He will get you everything you are entitled to and everything you deserve and will fight hard for you from start to finish of you case. I have and would recommend him again to fight for your rights."
"My experience with Marc and his team was everything you could wish for when hiring an attorney. This was my first time in a legal situation so I had many questions that Marc took the time to answer. He clearly outlined the process step by step, leaving my mind at ease. His experience speaks for itself and the result of my case was very positive."
"I was involved in an accident a few months back where a car turned into me while riding my bike. I was recommended this law firm by my dad who had successfully dealt with them before. (he mixed my dad up with another client he had but my dad was too nice to say anything so we played along with it assuming he had our best interest at heart) My issue is not with their experience or knowledge, it would be with how they handled my personal case and how much help they provided in attempting to resolve the situation. I would assume plenty of follow up to be part of this experience. I received one or two phone calls in regards to obtaining a police report and everything after that being dependent on said police report. Now, I haven't been in a situation like this ever before so a little hand holding wouldn't have been denied, but it wasn't even attempted. After not getting a report for a couple months I assumed they would contact the Police Department and speak on my behalf in obtaining the police report as quickly as possible. It only makes sense at least to me, considering the sooner things are settled the sooner everyone is happy. I eventually got the the police to give me a report only to find out that it was pretty useless as far as cases go, given the officer never spoke to the guy who hit me. I know this isn't the law firms fault, but it's also my understanding that they should stand up for you as much as possible before "giving up." I eventually got a letter pretty much saying they don't think the police officer even tried, but given what is written it's not easy enough so we can't continue... but feel free to get a second opinion. TL;DR If you think your case requires work. Look elsewhere. I'll update as needed."
