"Luckily, my repair visit never occurred. I canceled it after a very poor customer service experience on the phone, which was just supposed to be a quick courtesy call to confirm my appointment. The service staff is a representative of the company and based on the gentleman’s “proactive” phone call, lacking professionalism, I have canceled the appointment. I can only imagine how the call would have gone, if I ended up having issues!"

"This is a shady company. They came for an appointment that was never was confirmed. Which was two months after the Speed Queen washer needed to be repaired. They tried to charge 180 dollars for a 15 minute diagnostic telling me the washer was leaking, which we already knew and for a visit that never needed to happen for work that had already been scheduled. Also they quoted me for work that is covered under warranty. Clearly they never bothered to even to check with Speed Queen if the machine was under warranty. Lieberts and Green is a far superior business. They immediately contacted Speed Queen, confirmed the extended warranty and submitted the repair request."

"My 10-year-old GE Refrigerator stopped cooling properly. I called Absolute and they came out the next working day, diagnosed a bad evaporator fan in less than 5 minutes and charged $150 plus tax for the diagnoses. They ordered a new fan and when it came in a few days later, they returned and fix the fridge which has been running like new now for a week. The fee for the fan and labor to replace it was $110 plus tax. Overall, I was pleased with the service and would recommend them. The repair cost was not inexpensive but it was less than half the $550 plus tax and delivery of a new replacement refrigerator."

Their follow-up and response time was excellent. They sent a repairman named Jonathan R. to make the service call. He was on-time, friendly, courteous, good with pets, meticulous with detail and cleaned up after himself (no charge as this was a safety recall) While in my home, I was having a problem with my refrigerator and he diagnosed the problem, had the parts ordered and came back within a week. He called before the window of time to tell us of his ETA. Once again Jonathan FAR EXCEEDED our expectations with a stellar service call. Jonathan is a GREAT Brand ambassador for Absolute Repair.
