"Ralf gave me a great deal. He was friendly and appreciated my business. I bought a Jamonie Sewing machine and just tried it out and I really like it so far. He gave a 5 year free service and that sealed the deal. Servicing is costly. Didn't give a 5 b/c I wish he had other brands to choose from and he seemed not well educated on the machines. Overall, good experience and would recommend this store."
