"Bought one from Amazon. The AirNmore heater is the worst thing I ever bought. It filled the house with a toxic cancerous plastic smell. Gave me a headache and sore throat. Had to open every window in the whole house. It`s been cold. I`m recovering from recent cancer surgeries. This was a rotten experience. The box says, "Made in China". I don`t have a printer so I am being charged $1:00 for them to send a return label. Really regret buying this horrible heater."

"Had a great experience with this company.Airnmore is where I get my replacement bulbs for my heater,and recently purchased a fan assembly that fixed my problem with my heater. They were very helpful making sure I purchased the correct part, and helped advise me with some very helpful bits of information to make the replacement fairly simple. "Paul is super knowledgeable and, if you have a bit of electrical skills, he'll walk you through what to check. I called him a few times over an hour to troubleshoot my Gen 4 and he was very helpful in getting it back up and running. We'll see if it lasts, but it's working again now much better than it would had I thrown it in the trash. Anyplace else would have said to send it in. Old school help like AirNmore provides is the way technical support should always be. Thanks for the help!!!"
