"I called this business last week and todays date is 11/9/21. I spoke to a woman named Sue, who at first was very helpful and I understood that she could not tell me whether the debt was paid for or not and it’s why I had my husband call, because it was a lien placed on his property. She yelled and was very rude to my husband when he called. In my opinion, just because one reiterated something to me( the non debtor) does not give her a right to feel agitated or superior to demean another. The people at this business wouldn’t even be employed if it weren’t for others who are or assume to believe they are in debt. She obviously does not know how to use phone etiquette. Maybe they need to offer her a class on what tone to use when speaking to patrons. The BBB have been notified."
