"I've overall been unhappy with how my divorce was handled at Klein and Babbitt. Communication is poor. It can take weeks and multiple phone calls and emails to receive a response. Invoices are not always sent out every month. There also have been a couple of mistakes made, the first of which was with the initial filing and it took months of me asking about it for them to change it. This may have negatively impacted my future. The second lost me over $1000 in child support payments that were owed to me. They have shown no interest in making it right, and charged me for the communication asking about it. Attorney Babbitt did seem attentive and professional during our meetings, which is the reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1."
