If you have tried to purchase an appliance in the past 18 months then you know the availability is very Limited. John in the Monroe store was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and great. John was able to help us find the correct model and they were able to deliver ahead of schedule. On install day, Jessie called and arrived promptly. Jessie was a real pro with personality and patience. He worked diligently around a tight fit to insure the old dishwasher removed and the new unit was installed and operating properly. "Best appliance dealer ever. Customer service is king when buying an appliance. I learned this the hard way after years of buying at big box stores. We went through 2 refrigerators and 2 washers in 10 years from Home Depot. It was time to find a local business to spend my money with and Associated Appliance fit the bill. I got a GREAT deal on a Frigidaire Pro. It was delivered and set up professionally AND on time! A year and a half later we had an issue with the freezer and doors. Seems the unit just shifted but David Pia (owner) sent a repairman out who adjusted the doors so they close when my kids are too weak or forgetful to shut the darn doors. The repairPERSON also found something blocking the freezer (kids again because it is too hard to put the ice cream away correctly). There should have been a charge for this service call but I got a courtesy pass as it was the first time i ever had an issue. That said... Mr. Pia, the dishwasher is fading fast. Next good sale/deal/rebate give me a call."
