It was in great shape and looked wonderful but sadly I had made a mistake in the measurements and it didn't fit our space. Jackie was great helping us arrange the return. "Order process went smooth and the chat person who assisted was very helpful. I understood it would ship within 2 or 3 days and then the shipping policy stated it would be 7 to 10 business days in transit. Imagine the surprise when, after it shipped, I was told via email it would be a month or more before they would even contact me to set up a delivery date. Had I have known that it would take so long I wouldn’t have ordered and I contacted them and told them to cancel the order and they said if I did I would owe them over $800 in return shipping. I asked them to point out in their shipping policy anything that said it would be more than a month to deliver and they couldn’t. After pushing the issue, they found a policy reference, but it wasn’t in the shipping policy, it was in the return policy that said it could take longer than the 7 to 10 business days if you lived in a rural area. It took over 5 weeks for the appliances to arrive and then when I opened the boxes two of them were damaged. I contacted them and they said since I didn’t open and inspect the appliance while the shippers were there, I couldn’t file a claim. They offered me $100 to just live with the damage, which was cosmetic, but which wouldn’t have even paid for the replacement parts. Good luck with shipping if you use this company, especially if you don’t live in a major metropolitan area!"

"Fabulous Selection, Easy to Use Website, and the Best Customer Service! I ordered an over-range microwave from Appliances Connection recently. The website was easy to use, and provided more detailed and better product information than Home Depot. They clearly explain their shipping policy and installation policy and requirements, like emptying cabinets adjacent to where the microwave will be installed, or making sure the box will fit through the door. I needed a certificate of insurance for the delivery and installation, so I called Customer Service once I made the purchase. Judy F was amazing! She was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. In less than 10 minutes (including navigating the menu options!), I had the process started."
