"They told me they only help if you’re the one being sued. Since they couldn’t help, my mother is probably going to be sued by a bad lawyer that tried to take advantage of her, and I did a chargeback on. She’s now broke, so I guess we’ll see if they help when she’s sued."

"Completely dropped the ball I was left neglected no help received. Sep. 2022 I went into Erie Ave location. Didn’t hear anything until 1 week before court which was May. After abandoning me they kept calling trying to rush the process didn’t fight for me in court. Went onto ignore my questions after case was lost no way of getting resources to either help you get the benefits or pick up the pieces after getting a No. Unorganized unprofessional had 2 anxiety attacks due my personality disorder as a direct result of their carelessness"

"Need more legal aid staff.. seen each individuals go in every 30 ..45 minutes. Seems like 1 person helping hundreds. Long wait... be advised. Nice building. Hopefully if there’s more building fund CLS can hire people ! Café or lunch room upstairs but only for staff how inconvenient. I would love to sit in this place for hours without anything to drink or eat!"
