Long Island Timely Process Servers

"The steps in the court website doesn't say to" file" it says legal papers must be delivered. When I contacted this business to serve the courts the owner didn’t know what he was doing at traffic court. I expected him to serve the papers upon the traffic court. Now after paying him $150 I asked him for the affidavit of service he was supposed to complete just like every process server does, he’s saying that he didn’t “serve” for me, he “filed” paperwork. What a slick guy! My motion was rejected due to his failure to complete affidavit of service! I never asked him to file the whole point of researching a server is to serve. Why would I research a process server only to file and not serve?? That defeats the purpose of a process server doesn’t it?? If the slick fox was clear he would not have gotten my money because I definitely didn’t need anyone to file paperwork when the job was to serve. He started using his sickness as an excuse and was very rude when I confronted him about partially completing the job. So I advised the owner if he will not do the affidavit I'll be commencing my case against him in small claims court. I would be careful dealing with this know it all here!!"
