"My 89 yr mom went to the emergency room at 130 am for a 104 fever and pneumonia 33 hours later I tried to find out the room she was in as I live in florida. She didn't get a room and was left in the emergency room with out any way to contact her as I was told the phone there used for patients and families was stolen. A horrible experience."

"How Dare Nurse Jen, 6th floor, Blatantly Lie to an Officer of the Law! Also Nursing Supervisor Maryann C. Lied to the Police about an incident! A serious Incident! This is about my 89 year old Father who is a very sick Patient at Columbia Memorial! On Dec. 1st I was Impersonated at this hospital. By a woman I know, a woman who needs and thrives off Power and Control! She was with my mother Catherine, acting as My Father's daughter and making decisions about my Father's Life! My mother, who is not well, is allowing this woman to impersonate me! Does Jen and Maryann know that Lying to the Police is a Crime in itself? I swear to both of you, that you will be caught in your Lies! This does NOT end here! I have not only contacted and filed reports with the Hudson Police, but with the NYPD! Now I will report this to the Sheriff's Office and The Nursing Boards! Who are these 2 Nurses Protecting? The Hospital? The criminal impersonating me? This is not the 1st time this woman has impersonated someone in my Family! I can only suggest seriously, that these 2 Nurses Tell the Truth! Before they Lose their Careers! Is that criminal of a woman worth your careers??? Recorded for quality assurance! After reporting this criminal woman, a couple hours later, I find out I am banned from even learning of my Father's health status! Or visiting MY Father!! Is this legal? I am Family! I am My Father's eldest daughter! Columbia Memorial, please check with the NYS Department of Health of the legality of what you have determined! No matter what NOK says, a Safeguarding Investigation would need to take place to determine if I was a risk to my Father John or not! I assure this hospital has not dome any safeguarding investigation! Which makes Columbia Memorial Liable to me! Not only are they liable to myself, but to other family members who are also banned from learning how their much loved relative is doing! A large Lawsuit has been filed! And anyone involved in protecting a criminal Impersonator or Banning a daughter from her only Father will now face subpoenas! On God! I'm going to give a tip to the Nurses involved... admit the Whole Truth! Maybe then you both will not be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law! It's too late for Columbia Memorial to retrace the steps they've taken. Save yourselves! No one is worth losing your career and status! Or spending a few days in a Jail Cell! An entire hospital cannot protect this woman impersonator! I will be all over Columbia County filing every report needed! One of you... take the high road and do what is only right! I can only Pray now for all involved at Columbia Memorial! Lastly, I am Horrified that any of this was allowed to occur in a Hospital setting! How can I even feel that My Father's Life is being protected here? Not with staff that Lies! This criminal impersonator did this for her own benefit and her greed and avarice! This horrible place wouldn't even tell me my father was moved to a nursing home Monday evening! For them to even ban a daughter, they need to do a safeguarding investigation! They don't have a house attorney? Beware of this environment! They have Nurses who Lie! No Legal department! And act in a grotesque manner towards family of patients!!! And are Liable! You would want an actual hospital to be an asset not a liability!!!"

"We waited for 6 and a half hours and while we were there not a single patient was seen or cared for dozens left due to wait times. People with severe aliments ignored and left in hallways. They told me with a straight face that they didn't know if there was a doctor in the building. The levels of ineptitude was disturbing. I will never go here again. Nurses are the hardest working people I've ever met except in the colimbia memorial hospital."
