You would be wise not to pursue any type of case with this lawyer as she demonstrates an alarming cognitive incompetence that is persistent enough to jeopardize the outcome of your case. Fitzgerald will likely forget details important to your case, so if you were to entrust her with your business, you would be answering the same questions repeatedly, all over a frustratingly stagnant length of time. She is detrimentally lax in handling important matters that require careful, timely courses of action; she will exercise only the bare minimum of effort; she will neglect and trivialize your concerns; she will not fight for you as a lawyer; rather, she will find reasons to NOT fight for your case; she will virtually never satisfy your requests and questions (you’ll be asking for the same things over and over again); she will completely forget your circumstances and essential case information (even with documentation, which she may request you to provide repeatedly); you will be doing significant essential work on your own case that SHE should be doing as the lawyer, especially in obtaining information and documents and planning your course of action throughout the case; and ultimately, you might very well reach the closure of your case with little to no justice on your behalf due to her negligent performance as the attorney responsible for the case’s outcome.
