"Never buy from this place!! I purchased a pair of Stubbs & Wootton Brown suede from the Greenwich Ave location- I normally wear size 10:5 men’s in Ralph’ Lauren but they ran small so I got size 11D When I wore them around the house for few weeks I realised that the toe box is still to tight- so I brought them back to the store only for the manager to tell that this model is discontinued and he can’t help me- basically I got stuck with a $500 purchase for a pair of useless shoe with a very poor quality craftsmanship. I would not recommend them at all!!! Horrible customer service. I miss the Ralph Lauren store when it was in Greenwich!"
