"I called and they didn’t answer the phone so I called again. An extremely rude man answered and actually start yelled at me calling twice. I have never used this rude cobbler and I never will. Totally unprofessional I have never dealt with a business that was so unbelievably rude. Whoever I spoke to should not work with the public. I"

"Larry was incredibly nice and friendly. He explained everything he would do in great detail and was overall an amazing guy. I picked the shoes up a week after drop off and they looked perfect. He was so excited about explaining his work and truly went above and beyond for the price. Great place, great experience, highly recommend."

"This cobbler ruined my expensive boots. I had one small tear in the fabric and it looks like a monkey sewed it and there’s hot glue clumps, and when he shined the leather he put black polish over the gold toe points it won’t come off and I’m not sure even if it does if the gold will be there anymore. I’ll have to take it to another cobbler just to see if they undo the damage Im livid. A lot of my money down the drain"

"Terrible experience and will never recommend this shop to anyone. Extremely unprofessional, messy work, and terrible customer service. I brought my wedding heels to the shop to have the sole glued down. When I picked them up, there was glue and silver paint all over and they were dirty and messy. I would’ve been better off not bringing them at all. When I told the owner, Larry, he yelled at me saying that he did a good job, his work is neat, and yelled at me to get out of his shop. I can’t believe any business could do terrible work and get upset when you express that."
