"For the last two years I have been missing mail, mostly credit card bills, they either never get delivered OR they get delivered to other neighbors, since I didn't receive my bills they weren't paid so I got charged a late fee. this has been going on for way too long. I called about 6 months ago and spoke to whoever answers that phone in the postmasters office and she before she hung up on me she said I was yelling on the phone, then she hung up on me and when I tried to call back she didn't answer. I finally got to speak to the postmaster 3 days later and he told me he would talk with them. Well that was months ago and now my neighbor got 7 pieces of my mail and I got none and the next day I received 6 peices of my OTHER NEIGHBORS mail, WHAT is happening ? this is the very worst mail service ever since all of the mail comes from the WATEFORD location."

"Worst experience! The front desk staff were ok but management were ridiculously unprofessional and rude. My package was never delivered, the tracking noted it was damaged while being delivered. I called the post office they said they would look for it. I received a call back and said it would "...be delivered today." I got home and there was a letter from the post office saying "We're sorry" with just the tracking label that had been cut off of my package (no package). Why call me and tell me it was on the way if all you were going to bring was the tracking label! When I went to the post office to ask for what ever was left of my package the supervisor got very rude and confrontational. She began acting like we were out on the street about to fight. She was condescending, tried intimidating me, & was verbally aggressive. She was extremely unprofessional & should not be in a management position with her attitude. The other staff even commented that I was not the first person with this complaint and experience with her!"

"Went to find out what I needed to get my expired passport renewed and they answered all my questions and gave complete instructions on how to proceed. I returned several weeks later with all the correct paperwork and documentation, they took a new photo, and I was on my way in minutes. A pleasant experience all around and everyone working there was courteous and helpful."

"Just spoke with an individual about help with a package that is being sent to the wrong address via a sender issue. Was trying to have the package held, which is normally never a problem whenever I needed to have things held for pickup before. Guy was incredibly condescending and rude to me, I get it’s a VERY busy season. But don’t take things out on people."

"Went with the wife to renew our passports. Admittedly I was apprehensive going in. However, Chris took care of business in both a professional and friendly way. Even pretended to enjoy our humor. Very pleased with the experience!!"
