I had a 53 pound box and the gentleman offered to bring it into the store for me and when he couldn’t scan the return label he helped me contact the vendor to get a printable label. He made me feel like he cared about me completing the transaction and did everything to make that happen. I contacted Kim Maxson, the owner of Two Sisters Shipping & Business Center. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. There were complicated pick up instructions, and I asked for complicated packing to be done so the framed piece with GLASS would not be damaged in transit. The whole experience with Two Sisters was PERFECT! And the price was very reasonable for the immense service they provided. I've never seen any framed work of art packed as well for shipping (according to my instructions!). They picked the piece up, packed it and sent it to me very quickly.
