"I've used this store several times, mostly for returns, but also to ship packages. Every time I've gone, they've handled things very quickly, efficiently, and helpfully. The man who is usually working the desk is very knowledgeable and fast. They seem to handle a good amount of business - there are always other people in there, but I've found it to go quickly."

"I have been a customer for some years now. I received a text yesterday I have s package at my mailbox. So I went in snd grabbed my mail and I didn’t see the usual notice that a package was delivered. I asked the girl behind tne counter snd gave her my box number she said no package so I told her I got s text stating so. She just stood there looking at me. This is the 4th mistake in a few months. I am now going to another ups store snd get a mail box and I will transfer my mail. Now they lost a customer"

"Every time I come here the employees are polite. One of the young men who works there is so kind and helpful. I always come here for returns because the employees are just great. Thank you!"

"Do not use this store if you are relying on them getting your package out of the store for overnight shipping. Paid $128 to send a box overnight from orange,ct to Arizona. Box still did not scan 2 days later. I went to the store to see if it was still there- they claimed it wasn’t. My son in law who works for ups tracked it and picked it up in orange location 3 days later. It was still in the store the day before when i asked them to look. Spoke to owner trying to get refund. Tried blaming everyone except their store. Told me I would get a refund within a week. That was weeks ago. Tried again- no resolution. Eventually had to make a claim thru credit card company. Employees tried to help but needed to go thru owner and owner definitely didn’t want to take any blame or refund money. Blame does not go to ups or their drivers it is on the store not getting it labeled and out their door promptly."

"The employees are kind, but they don’t have things organized at this location. It’s a mess in there ! I went to pick up a package that was dropped there on Saturday. They’re closed Sunday. I come on Monday to retrieve my package and they can’t find it. There’s no way that in one day it was sent back especially without any notification to me. The woman behind the desk didn’t even know how to further help me. On top of the fact that she was doing other tasks while looking for my package. They’re nice, but SO unprofessional! UPS STORE, you need to RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO BE ABLE TO HANDLE THESE SITUATIONS."
