"I agree with the previous review. I went to this location on Friday morning just after 8:00am and the employee at the location was so rude and disrespectful. I had to eventually ask her to lose the attitude and not speak to me in that manner. She then began to attempt to argue with me and deny that she was being rude. She has no customer service professionalism. I decided that I was not going to argue with her and proceeded to prepare my items for her to accept. I am now a little concerned that she may have sabotaged my return to Amazon because individuals like that are usually vindictive as well. Unprofessional and rude!"

"Good luck at this location. This is the worst UPS Store I’ve been to. The individuals at this location are rude and the hours are unreliable. I gave the location another try to see if things have changed, but it was the same old."

"I was dreading going to the post office to mail some packages but luckily I had to stop by The UPS Store in Vernon, CT to drop off some Amazon packages. I was greeted by a wonderful Associate. Her customer service to top notch and helped me effortlessly mail all my packages. If you are visiting the UPS Store in the Tri-City Plaza I highly recommend Charlese! Thank you!"

"I definitely sent an order from Amazon back, around May 13-15. Amazon says awaiting delivery back. I had a receipt which after a while my wife cleaned my desk and threw out. From now on I will keep every receipt. How the heck did it not make it back to Amazon. It was a piece of metal for a cane. I ended up ordering a new cane. I sent this piece back. Service has usually been fairly good. Other UPS stores are options. Now I see why they are on strike"
