"quick and easy amazon UPS box-less return. I went to one closest to hartford which has terrible customer service and outright blatant refusal to accept any shipping or dropping off except from 5-6pm. They asked me to scan the QR code and print the label myself, put it on the box and tape it up and then come at 5pm. the QR code when you scan on your phone, it just pastes title of your item, not shipping label. Similar reviews and anticipated service for the one by west hartford. Thanks to other google reviews i drove the extra miles to come here, was surprised. i was expecting taping fee, scanning fee, like they do at the ones i mentioned above."

"The older gentleman that works at this UPS needs to be protected by God and all of mankind. He is the sweetest, nicest, kindest, most gentle man I have seen working in the service industry in a very long time. God bless him. He cheers me up every time I go in there he is truly a light."

"Regular UPS store, very cranked up though. Staff have been friendly and competent every time I have been here. For people who are looking for notary services, the gentleman at this store has a personal preference to not notarize copies of government issued documents and IDs. My wife's passport renewal required her drivers license to be photocopied and notarized... the person at the store refused to notarize that even when we showed the actual license along with the copy."

"What a great experience! I arrived at around 3:09 in the afternoon, and although there was a long line, it went by surprisingly quick. When I was helped, the store attended was so nice! A young teenage boy, I believe his name was Ben. Very helpful and very polite. Prices are typical for UPS, but I don't trust the post office so it is well worth it. Overall a fantastic experience. I can't wait to come back!"
