"Horrible experience here, they made me wait over an hour just to tell me that they couldn’t do my drug testing for my job because they didn’t have time. some other guy that also needed drug testing for job had been going 3 days in arrow and they kept telling him to come back another time. I’ve used Quest diagnostic before in different locations and never had issues but this place is horrible."

"I made an appointment but still had to wait over an hour until I decided to leave. They give you an option to wait in your car which I did because I have covid. When I was checking on my appointment status using my confirmation code after an hour, there was nothing showing in the system. They just forgot about me."

"Not sure about other reviewers' experiences, but I arrived at 9:00 AM and was seen at exactly 9:10 AM, which is when I had my appointment. I was just getting lab work, which was quick and got my results within 24 hours, which is pretty quick for the labs I got done. The RN that saw me was professional and friendly. I think the key is to have an appointment and go early, otherwise there may be some delays. What's nice though is that Stop and Shop is next door if you find yourself waiting for a bit... overall good experience."

"Can I give less than one star. Go to the other location anywhere but here. Employee was extremely unpleasant and I felt sorry for her took no accountability she behaved like she would rather be anywhere else."
