"Whenever I am in there, mostly with Amazon returns, the staff is always friendly and more than willing to help if I needed a label printed out or have an issue. Great customer service which is lacking now in so many places."
"Missed them closing by a 1/2 hour on Dec 30. Saw they would be open 12/31 until noon by a sign posted on the door. Drove back (20 min drive) on Dec 31 to find them closed at 11:30. The sign was still on the door open until 12:00. The young man said the boss called and told them to close early because they had to mop! What?! The sign was still on the door open until 12 and I was turned away. Super frustrating especially when you don’t live in Bristol."
"Horrible delivery service. The driver picks up packages from the store but gets lazy and drops off thr package at carrier location of his convenience. He/she needs to be more patient and actually let the customer enjoy the delivery service by delivering the package to the door."
"Not once but twice with the same kid. Nothing but attitude and very rude. UPS should be ashamed having people representing them. Skinny kid with braids SMH"
"Just encountered the most unprofessional and rude manager they have had yet. I had my UPS package delivered to them (was charged $7.99 for that service by the way) to avoid it not being delivered to my office on time. I received a text and an email that I could pick up my package. When I arrived the store was completely empty. One young man kept asking me to see the notice that was left in UPS mailbox. I tried to explain I did not have a notice left in a UPS mailbox, but that I received an email and a text telling me my package had arrived. He seemed confused and went to the back to speak to his manager. The manager came out and did not bother to introduce herself. Instead she glared at me and said "Well, I need your tracking number in order to locate your package." I repsonded by telling her my package was there because I had received an email and a text. Her response "I really don't care if you have a text or email. I need your tracking number." At this point I was stunned and aggravated to have been spoken to so rudely. Plus customers were now coming in and a line was forming. Even the young man that had tried to help initially stood there looking stunned at this woman's aggressive and blunt behavior. I said to her "well, why would I have a text message and an email teling me my package was here it was not? It is not like there are 100s of packages here waiting for pick up." She responded even more agressively and raised her voice almost shouting at me "It doesnt matter if you have a text or email! I need the tracking number or else you just wont get your package." I then said to her "there is absolutely no need for you to be so rude! This is not rocket science. I am just try to pick up a package." The woman who is the manager (I believe her name is Liana) then said "I am not being rude. You are being difficult and I could throw out..I can kick you out of this store right now! So, what's it going to be? You going to provide your tracking number or not?!" At this point the line was growing and I felt badly for the other people in line. I asked her for her supervisor's name. She claimed she did not have one. She stated she was in charge of the store. I refused to speak to her anymore. I simply gave her my phone with the email for her to read. She went and retrieved my package and DROPPEDD IT! on the counter in front of me. She then stated "Sign here or else I cannot release the package to you" As I was signing she took the next customer in line...did not even wait for me to pick up my package and move. Over the past 2 years the service and the attitude of people in this store has decline. There was a previous manager who did his best to to correct it. This newer manager has arotten attitude. She is rude, antagonistic, and aggressive. The employees there seem fearful of her. I will be contacting corporate to tell them about this incident. I recommend if you have other options to STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS UPS STORE until they do something about this extremely unprofessional, rude, aggressive, antognistic person."
