"I am usually a customer but today was it for me. I went w an expensive item to ship and it was tossed around with no respect. I am also very familiar with dogs being I had 4 as well as trained them. All the man did was yell at his puppy. Whatever. I couldn’t even swallow leaving that’s how angry I was. Last time I go to him. He may mean well but not in front of people."

"I had what would have been for me a massive print job that had to get done TODAY. That job would have taken me several hours to print, collate, staple, stuff and mail. The Shipping Place printed, collated and stapled the whole thing in about 20 minutes (max). They then helped me stuff my prepaid envelopes and let me put those envelopes in their mail pickup system. Excellent, excellent service, Ted! Thank you!!"

"Just gave the store a call for an inquiry and politely asked if the store owner was in. Was immediately cut off with a rude response of “DO NOT waste peoples time- Bye!!!!!!!” Excuse me??? I then called back again because there is absolutely NO WAY I heard that correctly and once again reiterated that I’d like to speak with the store owner and was hung up on for a second time abruptly. I was born and raised in the town of Hyde Park and my family and I come to this center often and I am completely DUMBFOUNDED at how poorly a working customer is treated and can only imagine how other people are treated. Not sure exactly who I was talking to at the front desk but whoever has a Friday 1pm shift at this location, I’d rethink going here unless you want an awful customer experience!!!!!! Truly the most miserable man I have ever come in contact with. I hope your life turns around for you my friend! *TO FURTHER MY POINT AFTER SEEING REPLY: ALL I ASKED was to please speak with the owner and that was the response I was given. I could have been calling for a general question , a complaint, needing help with directions - quite literally ANYTHING. I was hung up on rudely and abruptly before even finishing my sentence - you are a very very very rude miserable man and I truly wish you peace and happiness. The fact that there are a handful of bad reviews about you specifically should really make you look in the mirror a bit more at who’s the problem here. Have the day you deserve!"

"I love The Shipping Place!! All the staff are friendly, so helpful, and answer all my questions (even the dumb ones!). The hours are convenient, and they offer a variety of different services. Not only do they ship your packages, but they will pack them too! They also do printing- documents, booklets and banners, too! You can even buy postage stamps! They ship via FedEx, UPS, and DHL. They even can ship freight. Support our local business owners. They are definitely a gem in our community. I highly recommend."
