Then on top of that it goes from sure post to usps and takes longer to arrive. As a former customer service representative with a major corporation in NYC. You should be more careful about you tell the potential customers then having an attitude. Remember they keep your business afloat."

"I was just laid off from this location in Hudson. The owners are not understanding when it comes towords schooling and working, I was coming to work early in fact, and on time I was doing all the right things, and I was told that my work was not up to par and I was only here for two weeks and I even explained to them that I have to provide for me and my daughter, all in the while going to school they told me that my hours would not be an issue and completely lied to me. All their machines are breaking down, and when I started, a woman had an item. She was working on getting laminated from them in which had writing from a deceased family member. And the owner didn’t even pay attention to it until after it was stuck, and when they were able to retrieve the item from the lamination machine. The item was destroyed in which they could’ve easily made a copy before going into the lamination machine. The owners told me that anything that is significant and important to the customers is not insured there are boxes everywhere. The store is unorganized. And they don’t pay their employees enough. I was told by someone who is working there for years now is still getting paid only $16 an hour. The owner will not up their pay. Some of the owners family is rude to customers. Also, the store does not meet OSHA standards and should be closed. Also, the owners are always on their phones when they could be helping with training"
