It took a minute to break them in and they aren't cheap but unless your dog eats them they cover them (normal wear and tear) helped with my shin splints and discomfort I had from being on my feet all day. Also still saves money at the end of the day. Why do disposable? This is probably the next best thing to a real doctor level treatment for foot problems. I had a good result, it could help you to."
