The UPS Store

"I don’t know what happened to this UPS store. Under the previous ownership the owner and workers always greeted me by name and chit chatted. When I didn’t have my return package taped up they were more than willing to tape it up for me and place the return label. Very positive experiences. But…under the new ownership the last two times I went the staff wasn’t friendly at all. Weren’t willing to tape up my small boxes or put the return label on for me. I hope something changes there."

"My girlfriend uses a smaller box because she only receives smaller packages when she goes here. I usually handle the bigger packages, the kind that make you walk funny on the way to the car, so I use the dropoff service where you pay by the inch for the packages you send and receive. My girlfriend is very happy with the service fees for her small box though, so I'll consider using her small box for my smaller package shipments in the future."
