"As a walk in without an appointment, I was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist. She informed me of a wait situation and not to be surprised if people walked in and were called before me because they had an appointment. I did not know that you could call and make an appointment. She took my information and reason for coming in. While waiting I had a chance to observe the facilities. They were extremely well taken care of. From floor to walls, to placement of chairs, clean and organized. They even have a facility for making tea. There were boxes of tissue placed throughout the seating area. After a short wait I was taken in. Vitals were taken and was told that the Medical Assistant would be in shortly. The MA assessed my condition and prescribed my medication. Both his assistant and he were very pleasant, informative and professional. At no time did I feel rushed or that he did not listen to my description of my symptoms. This was a pleasant experience and now that I know about the appointment process, I will be using, and recommending, this walk in medical center for future needs."

"Horrible experience. Just wanted a physical exam and an xray. I was discriminated against because of my weight. 11/24/23 appointment time 3:48. Doctor or nurse wouldn't know she didn't address herself or my pain problems. Terrible medical service. I have underlying conditions that contributed to my weight gain. I am eating organic and healthy. I have an endocrine disorder. I am an active person I like exercising, hiking, and kick boxing. The nerve of people to ASSUME!"
