"I too have liked their clothes, but don’t try to return something. It has been over two months since I mailed back a shirt that had defective stitching and all they keep doing is sending the same email saying how busy they are and did I resolve my issue. I am on my fourth request for a new shirt to be sent or asked if they could send a gift card and nothing. If I had known how bad their service was I would of waited until I got back to a store which would be two hours away."

"Outlet store couldn’t give me one sheet of tissue paper for purchase. Omg, how cheap can you be? I understand not providing boxes but come on. Plus I tried to call for an online order and you don’t answer the phone. I’m done , will take my business to higher quality Peter Milar. Hope others do as well"

"While I love their clothes, I have found their return policies not customer friendly. I have now been penalized for my return taking 10 days to arrive at their facility and have been told refunds are taking 30 to 60 days beyond their receipt."

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS with. Purchased 2 shirts on 9/9/17. They shipped only 1 shirt. I had to call on Tuesday, 9/12/17 to find out where the other shirt is. They stated it was allocated to another store and should ship soon. I had to call again today to see where the other shirt is. Representative told me "it should ship soon". Well, When is the question. She couldn't answer that. She said a store in Connecticut has it. She could have gone above and beyond if she had told me "I will call the store and find out when it will ship". She did not. I had to tell her to call the store. I'm basically doing her job. After spending this amount of money, I received poor customer service from Grace."
