"Went inside today to look around and try to purchase a shirt I seen at the south shore location. When I entered there was no customer service whats so ever. Store is very messy and has no flow. Very disappointing compared to south shore. When I asked for help the worker was just very nasty and had no manners."

"Please save your time and save your money, don’t shop at this store. Every single time I come in to this store their customer service Is disgusting. The workers must slave for 100 hours and get paid 2$ an hour for the amount of rudeness in this store. I come every couple of months hoping they have hired new people, they do, and they all treat you like garbage. No one in this store wants to work, no one wants to help. God help you, shop at Bayshore mall instead, they’re much nicer."

"Terrible customer service. The attendant was very cold and rude. She looked bothered to be doing her job. I work in retail, and to be able to keep a chain afloat, you have to have good retail workers. Clothes are beautiful but the worker that was on duty today was horrendous."

"Most of the reviews seem to be for the entire mall, weird. Cotton On is nice because it has good prices if you're on a budget. It has unique pieces and definitely a more Euro/International fashion sense. I greatly appreciate that. The service is always great. Non-intrusive and there when you need them. Phone service is okay. They were good about holding my clothing I requested until I came back in to pick it up."

"Extremely nice mall. Very clean and very decorative. Mostly teens would hang out there, chill around and eat at the food court. The mall is great itself, there are a lot of stores to look around for. You would not get bored, there are lots of entertainment going on. It is the best place to bring your friends and hang around there with. The mall has an amazing food court too! Foods coming from different nationalities, i especially love the Chinese food there!"
