"Online purchased two shirts on sale from Rhone, swift shirt 2.0. Clear Factory defect, neckline is loose and hangs. They refused to let me return or even exchange the product despite quality control issues. I sent them a picture to compare with a previous rhone athletic shirt I got; which clearly shows a difference. They continued to deny accepting responsibility. I called and emailed until they suggested "I use a tape measure to measure the dimensions of the shirt to prove it was different from their factory measurements." Im floored. I am quite discouraged by their unwillingness to take my concern seriously (have me send them the shirts for them to measure themselves, or advise me take to a local rhone shop for them to assess, all reasonable next steps to advise to a customer.) This process has been going on for two weeks now and I can confidently say this is my last time dealing with this company that values their bottom line over the customer's satisfaction."

"Dress shirt not on par with other brands. I bought a commuter at Dilliards and less than a month the shirt collar started napping. Dilliards told me contact Rhone and Rhone told me to contact Dilliards. Point is if I buy a Mercedez Benz or any brand with a warranty and I need service the manufacturer will cover regardless of dealership purchased. Rhone didn’t offer this other than a $15 dollar gift card for a 128.00 shirt."
