"Today I had the pleasure of walking into this store. I had just left another store across the street and was extremely disappointed that after 30 min of browsing not one person asking if I needed help. My girlfriend and I walked out and walked into Rodd & Gunn. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a big smile and an offer for assistance. Nick was the sales person and upon our arrival he immediately told us who they were, that it was a lifestyle store and offered us some water as we browsed. Nick did not know this but I also work retail, in a high end mens boutique. I was so impressed with his attention to us, his personality and his non-pushy, yet sales driven approach that I ended up purchasing a pair of pants. I have access to a wide aray of products in my line of work but I wanted to buy the pants because he made me feel good about them and made the two of us feel welcomed in this store.
