Reviews
"Pretty decent location. Workers were not as bad as the reviews make them seem however they definetely aren't good either. Barely any fitting rooms, pretty small store. Options are good."
"This is such a great Brandy Melville. Eva who works there is the absolute best. She’s always super helpful and friendly. She has the best style ever and is always willing to help me with new outfits. Make sure to get some free stickers!"
"I have never received poorer service in my life and I’m not exaggerating. It was a Thursday afternoon, my daughters birthday, and we planned a shopping trip to Greenwich, specifically Brandy Melville. There were 8 young women working in the store and not one of them Asked if we needed help. It would t have bothered me so much but the store is so small that you couldn’t walk around them. They were setting up the tables for display at an incredibly slow pace and we kept have to squeeze around them to get different sizes to try on. We did spend nearly $500 there but it had nothing to do with the customer service. I ended up being the personal shopper that day. To the manager of this store, please rethink who you hire and how your train your employees to at least be kind and not roll their eyes at paying customers."
"my experience at this store shook me to the core. i don’t think i have ever had to deal with such obnoxious employees. let me start by saying that i am not from greenwhich. i walked into this store with my friends and we looked around. we picked out clothes to try on and went to the changing rooms. the woman outside of the changing room was incredibly obnoxious to me. i miscounted my items and she harshly criticized my math. then i heard the rude employees outside bragging about their math skills, making me feel incredibly inferior. as i was outside looking at my clothing in the mirror i accidentally backed into the previously mentioned employee and i got the most disgusting look i have ever received. the women working there rudely rushed us out of the changing room. it was because if these rude employees that i decided not to buy anything. unfortunately my friend did make a purchase, and as we left this mean girl ridden hell hole, the worker accused my friend of shoplifting, demanding she emptied her pockets. my friend did, and we left the store. the instant we left my poor friend burst into tears, destroyed by this serious accusation. as she cried i saw the employees giving us dirty looks, full of apathy. save yourself the trip and go to the brandy melville in NYC where the employees actually need the job, and aren’t living off of their parents trust fund. the two faced, entitled nature of these woman should not be normalized in society."
"My daughter likes this brand although it seems this store location has ridiculously rude and entitled staff. It seems that all the reviews here are very similar to my daughters experience in the store. I’m wondering if it’s time people call corporate to report this location and recommend the clear need of customer service training for these employees."
