"I went in once to order boots. The owner brings out the box, puts it on the floor and slides it over to me with his foot from 10 feet away. (this is years before social distancing) Then he did it again with a different pair. Also, he kept asking other staff member why customers were coming in without appointments. Making sales seems to piss him off."

"On 12/3/19 I called the store and said "Just checking that this location was open today." because we had just experienced a snow storm the night before and the lady goes "Yes this is the only location we have" in a very annoyed tone of voice. I ignored her attitude and asked if they had the Sabre products that help after you get pepper sprayed. She goes "Yes we do" I say ok I'm omw. I drove a whole hour to get here and when I got here and asked the same question she looked at me like if I had 5 heads and said that she never told me that they had that product. At this point I was very annoyed because she clearly didn't pay attention to me on the phone and is now calling me a liar to cover herself. I told her how I drove an hour away and checked the Sabre website and they said that they carried this product and how I even called to make sure before making the 1hr drive and she didn't even apologize I turned around to leave and she made sure to stop me to say that she never told me that over the phone. I repeated to her how she did in fact tell me they carried the product but that it was fine and I left before she continued to argue back and forth with me. I've worked in customer service prior for many years and this lady should not be dealing with the public her attitude is nasty."
