"The staff is so great I always love coming in, Sephora is literally the only reason I ever go to the casino my sister and I always love stopping in. The few questions I ever have are quick and easy to get answers to. I wish they had more in store but I know it's a small store"

"Staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I went in and walked around for a minute and upon realizing I could not find what I needed and I tried to find a staff member who could help me. I found two staff members who I could help me and upon asking a question they seemed like I was being a burden by just simply asking if they could help me. Once I explained what I was looking for I was completely condensed by the two staff members and was treated like I was wasting their time. They were incredibly rude to me and made the experience so wholy uncomfortable that I ended up just leaving without even getting anything despite knowing that there were alternative products I could have purchased. My experience was very uncomfortable and I do not see myself coming back any time soon."
