"Walked in to poor displays and waited for someone to hopefully help. When someone finally came to the counter we were excited to hopefully be guided around the store to find and try on dresses but were instead pointed to a small selection of short dresses. Ended up trying on one dress and leaving unhappy."

"Although many Quinceañera selections to choose from, the sales associate didn't offer professional advice or recommendations. She did assist with helping my daughter in and out of her dresses, but I didn't have the warm fuzziness from an experience that should have felt special. I will say that at least we narrowed it to 3 dresses but will continue to look elsewhere."

"We ordered the dress back in April and the dress arrived in May. We went and paid for the alterations to be done in store and the lady who does the alterations assured us that the dress will be steamed after the alteration as the skirt part of the dress was very wrinkled. Called today as I did not received a call for the pick up. Went today to pick up the dress and just to it out of the bag. The dress clearly have not been steamed and it still have the same wrinkles from before and the little clear button from the back of the dress was hanging from a loose thread and fell. I'll be taking the dress to a seamstress in my area to have her fix and steam the dress. I paid $128 that was basically a waste of money as they did not do anything besides 4 stitches. Staff was really helpful on our 2 first visits but now that I have the dress at home and took it out of the bag I'm disappointed on the promises the lady made."

"My first experience wedding dress shopping and this place has so many selections it’s unreal! The best part was the customer service. Laura was extremely helpful in figuring out my size and styles I liked/loved and also what things weren’t so flattering on my body style. I went alone because I full time travel and my family is in Florida. Laura was like an employee but also a friend because she was honest with me when needed, happy for me when I started figuring it out, comforting when I asked questions, and understanding the entire time. I highly recommend Atiana’s, especially for the new bride that has no idea what dress she would love"

"I just want to take a moment to thank Atiana's Boutique for the amazing customer service. I would give this place 1000 stars if I could. Some back story leading me to Atiana's Boutique.... I took my daughter to a local shop to find a prom dress. She fell in love with the Dave and Johnny 11068 they had. The theme for her prom is Roaring 20s, and this dress was PERFECT. The boutique here in Circleville, Ohio was very pushy trying to get me to buy the dress despite my concerns. The dress looked like it had been trampled. It had missing and broken feathers everywhere, and the stitching was broken/loose all around the bottom, plus it was a size too big so it was bunching weird in the back. When I decided that I didn't want to spend $500 on the dress in the condition it was in, they were extremely rude and dismissed my concerns, even made me feel a little like a crazy person about not wanting to spend that kind of money on a damaged dress that would be impossible to fix. I promised my daughter I would make it up to her and set out on a mission to find this dress in her size (and untrampled lol). I first ordered from Glass Slipper, who confirmed the purchase, charged my account and then 3 days later told me they didn't have the dress in stock. Thankfully they returned the funds back into the account quickly, but this caused extreme anxiety that we weren't going to find the dress in time. I immediately set out in search again for the dress locally and online, and I finally found it in stock online here at Atiana's Boutique. I was very hesitant to order again not knowing if I was wasting time/funds by ordering. I reached out to several other online shops to ensure the dress was in stock, but most never even got back with me. I took a gamble with Atiana's (I believe I did call the store to make sure it was a legit retailer before ordering again). I ordered the dress on Sunday, and it was delivered by Wednesday in absolutely PERFECT condition! I am just amazed at how quickly the dress came. They sent email updates along the way which helped ease my anxiety. I was not expecting to be blown away with this whole transaction. They even included a beautiful garment bag to store the dress (which is much appreciated because we have cats and this dress is covered in feathers lol). I cannot say enough how IMMACULATE this dress is that they sent to me, and I believe it's still in it's original plastic from the designer. I am so happy with my purchase, and I cannot wait for my daughter to try on the dress when she gets home tonight. Thank you again for the beautiful dress. You certainly made my daughter's dreams come true and the process was so quick and easy! We may just order again from you next year!! ❤️ Sorry for the bad lighting in these photos..
