"I love this place clean & the employees are always friendly"

"This store has went down the drain!!! It’s getting crowded wit inventory & it’s starting to smell. You can barely hear any music, “which gives “Rainbow Boston Ave. Vibes”. I want to be in the mood to shop, but it kills my vibes. In the past 2 weeks I’ve been there 3 times & not once has an employee has greeted me nor ask if I needed help! In which I really did need help but they seem too busy pretending to work! The District Manager needs to get in there & put their foot down immediately!"

"this place is understaffed and employees overworked. The BIGGER issues is THE CUSTOMERS, The entitlement that it's carried and assumed that they can talk to whomever, however way they want to is baffling to me. I heard a customer says "That's why they work in retail". Then why are you here? Why shop there? Or I've witnessed employees just saying hello to the customer and that customer yelled and berated the employee for no reason at all. Yet ask why "THE EMPLOYEES HAVE ATTITUDES". The company is no help. They hire and hire and hire new employees with little to no assist to help them in preparing for ill-mannered customers which happens regularly. Change is now beginning to happen where the customers are now being held accountable and being seen full extents of what the law can do against them. Be prepare."

"The staff is very professional and accommodating!! Whenever I can't find a specific outfit, staff goes out of their way to locate it. If it's not on the showroom, they check inventory."
