The man was screaming like a lunatic and I was afraid things were going to get dangerous. The other customers were frightened, this is a bad example for the wesport community. The store Manager here lacks both experience and knowledge."

"There is not much variety at this location and the entire staff needs training. I was followed and pressured to handover my items several times. The first time I thought it was just good customer service. I politely declined and then I was approached by three additional sales associates who requested that I give them my items so they could start a dressing room. That’s when I realized there was something else going on. I was made to feel unwelcome and extremely humiliated as this was done in a store full of customers who witnessed the team single me out and approach me numerous times about giving them my items. If Express doesn’t address the behavior at this location I’ll find a new place to shop."
