"I have been coming here for years with my mom. I also have worked retail for years so I understand not letting customers use the store restroom. However, i was pretty disgusted by the behavior of the (usually otherwise very nice) employees. For years there were bathrooms in nearby businesses so sales associates could tell you to run next door, there’s no longer that option now (because why have a bathroom in a business when you can freeload off of other ones). These 2 ladies took a good 15-20 minutes to cash out 3 customers (which is fine, i am very patient and will always be polite about that because they’re typically slow so I figure they can’t help it). However, they knew we were in a rush because my mom made it VERY clear she needed a restroom. They refused to make an exception for a customer who had literally just spent well over $100 (and usually does, they know my mom as a regular) and was now having a crisis because of **their own inabilities** while IGNORING my mother politely asking because it was a clear emergency. I would never leave a review like this on a store as I have shockingly low expectations in pandemic retail, but the absolute disrespect towards my mother from those sales associates was genuinely disturbing and made me feel sick."

"I used to enjoy shopping here but not so much lately and, I went this evening and everytime I turnt around a sales associate was on my back; maybe they thought I was going to bolt out the door without paying. Meanwhile the unsuspected ones rack up. My ex used to work security and he knows what "people" they like to follow. They still have good prices though."
