"Crazy, to be standing in a store and wanting to leave, customer service is rude. Never felt so out of place. As a stylist, I am going to cut this place from any recommendations to ANY of my clients. Even if it's crunch time, I will never again waste my time. You never know who is standing in your business, be mindful. And maybe wait till you have a problem before causing one. And for there to be six members of staff and only one has customer service skills is horrible for any business."

"This store customer service is very poor.They are rude and disrespectful. The Managers need to be trained about professionalism cause they showed absolutely none what so ever. The store is unorganized ,they put items under the wrong sales tags and expect the customers to figure it out.The store has nice items,but the people they hire is horrible.Due to this I will not be spending anymore of my hard earn money at an establishment that does not value their customers"

"I decided to take my daughter shopping today. I always go to this location because its convenient. But unfortunately after today They will never get my money or service again! After having wasted thirty minutes in this store shopping for both my daughter and myself then I waited in a line for another ten minutes and saw a sign that said they weren’t accepting 100’s or 50’s. I asked the young lady what if I had $100 worth of clothes and shoes her response was we only take 20’s, 10’s and 5’s we aren’t accepting 100’s and 50’s anymore. The point of this is maybe who ever is in charge of having put that sign up should also put it on the window or door where people enter the store so they won’t waste their time! Not everyone has a credit card and when people cash their checks they are given mostly big bills! I wasted my time here and will never be returning to this location! Apparently they don’t think about their sales I literally had almost a little over a hundred dollars worth of items! Never again and I will never be recommending them either! Sadly I bring all my out of town visitors there and that will no longer be happening"

"IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BUYING AT MADRAGS, DO NOT PLAN TO RETURN ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY WILL GIVE EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT! I paid cash and they would not give me my money back and pointed to the "Store Policy" written down on a piece of paper about 8 feet away from the cashier. I told the Manager to put it closer to the cashier so people can see it. She actually smirked at me. I got my credit and she told me I have to show it when I use it. Like I would ever go back to that store."
