"This particular TH is primitive. The gravel parking fits about 6 cars. The trail is pretty brushy during the summer, so I did not go too far. No bathroom or trash cans at this parking."
"Good hiking spot, perfect for walking a dog. Is nice and quiet there."
"If you like to hike and enjoy nature, this will be the place for you. I enjoy coming here for the nature and how quite it is. The trail brings you through a very large dense forest. The state just built a bridge in the woods that is very nice and well made. There are spots that could be muddy, but the trails are maintained very well! Parking is fine, easy access to trail. You can spend a few hours in the woods if you know what trail to take. Dog friendly. I highly recommended this hiking trail."
"While this trail is usually beautiful and peaceful, I had an unsettling experience today and may not return. Just over a half mile into my walk, a man popped out from behind a tree asking my friend and I to leash our dogs. It wasn’t the request that was odd or unreasonable, but this man was hiding alone in the woods...."
"Nice hiking trails! If you take this trail all the way out you will reach higby Mountain! It’s a beautiful hike with lots of wildlife throughout the area. Cute bridges and a clean walking path. First time I ever took a hike here and was very pleased! I saw beautiful white tailed deer. There is also plenty of streams for your dog to cool off in!"
