"Was using my Epson R2000 all day today. John Stanley O.E. fixed/replaced the paper feed (never reliable) and cleaned and serviced it-- 5 years ago at least. Since they fixed it, this 10 year old printer runs like new... Before it was a frustrating headache. Now it's a pleasure. I rarely leave reviews, but I'm just so impressed and grateful."
