"This review is for printing/shipping. Extremely inefficient and lax customer service, forget the 2-hour option. Impossible here. Calls to store are unanswered. If you choose to use this location, go at your own risk and allow at least 72hrs turnaround time for your projects no matter how small."

"Great experience at Print and Marketing customer service specially Mr Chevon was very precise and helpful with my order, but I have to mention that the wait was long because too many customers and he was the only one to do the job. Saying that he was right on top and did a great job."

"I was very pleased recently with my experience working on a task with the Business Center. The process of designing, ordering and picking up my business cards was seamless. A young man by the name of Chevon was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. Also, going back to the pandemic, I was also pleased with being able to find what I needed and print when I chose not to at home. Thank you."

"Went early in the morning to avoid the afternoon rush. Upon entry I was very surprised to see how well maintained the store was. The issue came when I actually went for the items I needed. None of them were in the correct spot. I walked around the store for 30 minutes before giving up and finding an associate. It was upsetting to discover the school supplies that were sold out last week were now 3x the price."
