"Came in today to get a photo printed for my daughter's birthday and one of the workers named Mike was very professional and helped me get it done quickly! Thank you so much Mike!"
"My husband and I went to the Staples in Westbury looking for a printer. Thank you Faizan and Que for the Excellent and Outstanding Service!"
"Outstanding experience with Que to-day.! This is the second time he had come to help me with my dilemma. Que is a definite asset to Staples, as a business owner myself I known and appreciate the true value of an employee. Que is Knowledgeable, patient and will go out of his way to give you excellent caring customer service with a smile. He has exceeded my expectations in customer service!!! We need many more people like Que in our retail stores..."
"I frequent this location and everyone is usually very nice. The lower rating is due to the incident on 10/22/23 AM. The male working the UPS/AMZ desk probably should not work in customer service. This is my first time trying Staples’ AMZ return drop off, I usually go to UPS. He tells me this return can be accepted just this once but cannot typically be accepted because it’s too large (it was a cervical pillow, crescent shaped, quite pliable). AMZ doesn’t note restrictions but Staples may as unreasonable as it may seem. Then he condescendingly says to the extent of, “do you understand what I said?” Wow. You do not address an adult customer as if they were a child regardless of how frustrated you typically are when dealing with customers. I paused a beat considering the tone he used was unacceptable and was deciding if I should raise issue but I decided not to escalate the matter. He seems miserable enough and I’ll leave him be and hope he finds some peace and happiness in life."
"I needed to have some photos cropped and printed a specific size as well as some printed card-stock images. Evan, the department manager, was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Without Evan's help, it would have been a much more difficult process."
