"Terrible customer service. I called a month ago to determine the status of the yearbook I ordered and was told they had been shipped to my daughter's college and that the college was responsible for shipping them to the students. I called today and was told they were still in production. The deadline for ordering next year's yearbook was last week. I had hoped to have the opportunity to see the 2020 yearbook before I order the 2021 yearbook. Both customer service people that I spoke to were unfriendly, incompetent and unhelpful. They didn't even seem to understand, or care about, my concerns."
